What do the different member icons mean?

What does that yellow thing mean? Why does he have a black icon? Curious about which icon belongs to which status? All is documented in the chart below.

Normal icon	Elite icon*	Function	Description
		Administrators	These are the people that have built and manage this website. They are here to help you with any problems you come across.
		Community Moderators	These guys and girls have acces to the management system and make sure the submission rules are followed. They can also help you when you have questions about the site.
		Forum moderators	The forums are the workfields of these people. They keep an eye on those who use the forums.
		Members	The regular members on the site
