Taintra or Skye Wilkinson as you knew her on gfx died on Wednesday. All I know at the moment is that she was ill and very weak, but no one never thought she would not survive. She was one of my best friends here and we exchange lots of emails. She sent me her photo with his boy friend and both look healthy and happy. I am in shock. She was such a beautiful, charming and sensitive girl.. Tundra ask me to tell to the people of GFX what happen. So i decided that the best way was to post the new in the forum. Please pray for her and if you dont pray, just think for a moment and send your best wishes to her spirit so she can be free. Is strange how the realtionships we make here, beeing so faraway one from the other, can be so intense. I feel like if someone of my family is missing. I love her so much that my heart is broken. Sharing with you my pain is the best way to feel that even with our differences,we are all brothers in art. Regards and peace Bea

Such sad news especially for someone so talented and so very young (21)!! Skye always was one who wished me good morning on the saywhat and always seemed so upbeat. An online community can seem very removed from everyday life sometimes but we do get to know many people here and in some instances create friendships from our contacts with each other. That is incredibly sad news. I was only joking with her last week about rhyming her name with anything I could. She was a very talented young artist and I can only agree with what Gary and Beatriz have said. Wherever she is now, may she be happy. Andy [Message edited on 10/21 @864]

She could understand me when I typed Dutch, and she allways replied to me in a Dutch answer. I loved that. My impression was she was an un-complicated nice person. That's how I 'felt' it, when chatting with her. Shocking and emotional news.

This is terribly sad news. We will miss you Skye. I will miss not ever seeing your name on the members list anymore, and your avatar under my art.
