Hi all!

I'm not allowed to publish it at the gallery, so please post your comments and crits at this thread:

It's a 4 hours "speedpaint" in another sleepless night. done with tablet, painter and a little photoshop.

inspired by the song and video of "Negative - The Moment of our Love" and a little bit of Adriana Lima's face as reference...

PS: If someone can explain me, why I'm not allowed to take some parts of Lima's face (like the mouth) as reference and post it, I would be very happy about... I read the guidelines, but I still don't really understand what's wrong with my interpretation (@kittykat: sorry...) I mean it doesn't show Adriana at all, right?

looks like u went bonkers on the hair.

imho : Fuck the hair.

what i do is : get an outline / blob shape of the hair, work around it - then once everything else is done - work on it

seriously - look at it this way : hair is the first form light hits - thus the outter most shell of an object. that being said - if this was an exercise in "hair technique" = i wouldnt have paid so much attention to the rest of everything.

it wasn't a hair exercise, so I didn't spent that much of time to it because I just wanna scribble a little bit and didn't wanna come over the 4 hours.. but I think I will work over again to complete it...
