Suicide Girls wallpaper

Hello folks, I've got an image that I'd like to convert to a desktop wallpaper. What it is is simply a girl standing before a two toned background and I'd ike to seamlessly clone said background to 1024 x 768 without compromising the overall image quality. This is the image: http://www.somniumxxx.biz/SG/reagan_SG.rar (psd format) As you can see, she's standing in a grey/white enviroment and what I have been trying to do is fill the left hand side of the background layer with grey to match the left hand side of layer 1 and fill the right hand side of the background layer with a greyish white to match the right hand side of layer 1. I also want the SG logo to remain where it is whilst retaining its colour but removing the white box it is surrounded by. Like I said, I've been trying but the result is a mess. A member of a different non-GFX board kindly undertook the challenge but unfortunately because I'm using a high quality LCD monitor I was able to spot a few blemishes here and there. If I still had my old CRT I wouldn't have been able to see them however So, does anybody feel like giving this a go. if you are a fan of the Suicide Girls it would be definitely be worth your time......

yeah it is nice
