well, hi again, I really like making my own designs, kind of like Queen Amidala from Star Wars, but this is another queen I thought of called Akylar Andre Skywalker, the sis of Anakin, almost like RPG...

It's a good start, but the anatomy is disproportionate, making her look too "Chunky."

Before you spend a lot of time on the clothing and accessories, you need to have a good foundataion.

You should try to always lightly sketch out your figure before you clothe it.
You particularly need to work on making the head and hands the correct proportion for the body. You have the basic body pretty good, but the legs are too short. Bodies run (on average) about 7 head lengths tall. Since this is a female, she would be about 6 1/2 head lengths tall.

Your hand from the wrist is as long as your face. If you put your wrist on your chin, the tip of your middle finger is about at the hairline (not accounting for baldness). The shoulders are about 2 1/2 head witdths.

You also need to think about the fabric of the clothing. Yours looks too "hard" and sticks out. Fabric "drapes" because gravity pulls it down. Otherwise, it would be like wearing sheet metal...

But, this is a good painting as it is. Here is a Paintover straightening out the anatomy, and evening out the facial features, and it has lost ALL of the charm of your original...
