Soundwave: Transformers Wallpaper

I've been doing wallpapers as a favor to myself and friends, and recently, I made a Transformers background with my favorite Decepticon, Soundwave. It looks kind of bleh to me, tell me your opinions. My PS skills are very limited, however please be very critical. Thank you very much.
