MP3 is not available yet, but you can download a trial of Mandala Painter 1, and it is amazing.
You can make from 1 to 50 "spokes".
Grab the Pencil tool, and just start doodling...you'll be almost instantly hooked.
Create a 12 spoke mandala, and just sign your name, from the center out, or from the edges in...Add a flourish at the end...
Change colors, "stamp" a shape that is automatically, perfectly spaced.

GREAT fun. Well worth the VERY affordable purchase price, just to support the programmer who put a LOT of time and effort into this little gem.

Looking forward to the new version, I heartily recommend you try out the current trial download. You'll enjoy it!
