Hi, I'm new to this kind of art so I need an some feed back. this is a test I did today and would like to know what you think about it. I used anim8or btw. I modeled this in like 15 minutes and it took about 30 seconds to render.

It looks vague, but interesting.
Digital art is not that much different from any other art, except in how it is made. The "Basic Rules" of Composition and Design still apply, often moreso than for traditional work, because you do not have the physical size and texture of traditional work to hide/camoflage compositional errors and design mistakes.

Compositionally, you have everything directing the eye to near the center of your canvas, to the swirl, but there is nothing there. The surrounding planets frame the center, but for naught. The "umbilical" cords to the planets look hollow, and empty. Why are they there? Where do they come from? What do they have to do with the center swirl, and visa versa?

Clean work, good technical execution, but the image seems visually somewhat pointless. It would have the same effect if the planets were vining flowers surrounding a fountain in a garden on a sunny day. There is no real focal point or direction to this piece for the viewer to identify and empathize with.

Good practice piece, though! When you do create a planned composition, you stand a good chance to successfully execute it.
Thank you for sharing this with us!
