if I play do I have to post in my gallery? can this be a forum thang? and honestly im having a hard time with 'New Year Wonder' anyone with ideas to help? any hoot very cool idea i hope more poeple come in and play this place needs some action im falling asleep here at GFX!

Lets see. I didn't expect so many responds The date is ten of December, twenty o'seven - tell me if it's enough time for you. It's about 2 weeks left - is it enough for you or you want some more time for your wonder? I prefer to make it anonymous challenge . I'll gother all the images - I mean you pm me in secret the link to your work and I make a big topic of all the works, with mine too. I want the fight to be fair with no influence of popularity of participants - that why the works are gonna be anonymous. If you recognize the artist's style - it's something different - I even like the idea of figuring out who's work it is Thats putting me out of voting ,of course It would be small thumbnail with name and letter to each work and the voter would pick lets say 3 works from all, and write at the comments field : "Guys, you're all amazing, but I have to choose: 1.A. Snowflake 2.E. Santa 3.W. New Year's Orc killing New Year's Elf " After month of voting - we will see 3 winners - first, second and third place. I'm doing it for fun Don't think I'll pay million to the winner - it's just for pure artistic progress and fun.I'm commissioned artist and I do want to paint for fun too! I'm glad to see enthusiastic people here. To the winners - maximum I can suggest to make additional activity of drawing/modelling/photomanipulating or photographing rewards for each winner ^_- I'll make my rewards for sure (I feel responsibility for starting this) - but it doesn't have to hold you from adding yours - you can post rewards in your gallery if you want - I think it can be fun too What do you think?

Ideas.. Wonder - can be any wonder - think of magic - draw witch and put a Santa hat on her, think of your personal wonder and try to connect it to New Year Or think about something wonderful that happened to you During a New Year. Last New Year Eve I've spent in bed with my boyfriend. We were wearing Santa hat , drinking champaign and eee ... In short, it was wonderful It can be some New Years fairy or another fantastic creature that was born at the New Year - c'omon, work your imagination - that theme is not here to bound you, but to give you a huge field to play. sounds like you are giving your self ALOT of work and trying to keep track of all the votes might be very hard.. unless you upload this to your home page and put in a voting script?

Well it's not so hard to count.. But if one of the admins can arrange some vote system - it would be nice.. Me and programming aren't going together It's my first time trying to arrange something like that so any help can be useful. But I like the idea of anonymous competition

I doubt that admins would add anything. You could register a username for the challanges and post the entries with that, then post an announcement in the forums to check the works.

These little fights - are not such a big deal. It's brings a lot of fun and surprises Here - this an example of the fight that was just opened. The theme is Barbarian Girl.
