Interesting Logo/design concept, need help with my own.

Hi everyone, im kinda new here. I have been wanting to make a really cool logo/design concept for myself.

here is a picture to help you "get the picture" in your mind.

I am trying to do this except with a tiger. Basically it is a nuclear warning or something sign with a bull in the middle. I need some cool sign that i can put a tiger to. Also something to do with a tornado, since that is kind of my online name. Any suggestions or hints or helps that might help me out to do this?
