You mean the smoke-effect? Give Painter a try and check its blenders.

Im thinking by painting it, any way I think the smoke effect can be achevied by airbrushing.

Thanks, and yes i was refering to the smoke effect, as I can already create convincing starscapes. When you say airbrush/paint it, do you mean over the top of a photo or painting it from scratch?

In real life? Drugs. In Photoshop, it looks like some painting combined with the "liquefy" filter.

Painting on top of an photo would help and I say airbrush because you have a lot more control over opacity so the smoke effect could be acheived easily with the aid of the liquidify tool ofcourse.
