am trying to figure out how do u put a image and extract it so has the image inside the words.can someone help me with this or know a tut on this?

Commonly called a 'clipping mask'. Most programs have a version of this.

What program are you using?

Assuming it's photoshop, you simply need to have the image layer above the text layer. The concept is that the top layer is going into the layer below.

Have it like this in your layers palette:

Layer 1 -image
Layer 2- text


Ok, now if you put your cursor on the line between 2 layers nothing will happen. BUT IF YOU HOLD THE ALT KEY and do the same you'll see your cursor displayed as a circle going into another circle.

Click between the 2 layers on your layers palette with the alt key held and that's it!

You can move either layer independently, and to undo the clipping mask simply click in the same place with the alt key held down as you did before.

I didn't make screenshots, b/c I don't even know what program you are using, but for Photoshop that's it.
