The coolest version is the best, in my oppinion. The cold blue colors make the redness of her lips pop out.

in my opinion the first pic seems as if bleached. the pale tone makes it look a bit gloomy. the second pic (with lots of yellow hue) seems more attractive to me, however I would reduce the saturation a tiny bit. hope it helps
