Skills, man, skills!!! I'm quite impressed! It doesn't look that much like Arnie, but I think that's not a bad thing :p

It's more 'Conan' than an Arnie portrait. But yeah, it is the Arnie version.

Thanks for looking :)

I really think you found your calling m8.

Now...when are these things going to see some color?

*btw...if you ever do a Spidey one, make sure it's the comic book black costume :)

And when you want a challenge...do a Big Daddy from Bioshock

I will colour them eventually, I just want to get some sculptures done, get my portfolio into some decent numbers.

Cheers Brett, I will get around to do the comic version of Spidey, I promise. :)

I can only agree about your great skills! And even though I'm more a fan of the pulp Conan than the 80s Conan I think you caught the character of his face really well.

That'd be sweet!

Wow, they really jacked-up Akuma's upper-body for HD-Remix, geez, I don't think he'd be able to stay upright...

When I get enough of these, I'm going to approach a company to see if I can get any work.

It's something I would love to do Pam, for right now I'm getting a collection of work of some known characters to see if I can get any work doing it. It's definitely something I will be doing in the future though, possibly even making some characters of my own and then molding them in 3D...

Those HOON ones are awesome.

Wow! Look at those muscles, and veins, and hair! The anatomy looks perfect. Glenn, I must say I do think you model much better than painting. :p Those muscles are really well done.
Do you burn the sculptures after you've modelled them? You should try giving some colors to your work one day. :)

Anyway, really impressive work! (thumbup)

Thanks Sandra :) I haven't painted for a long time, I wouldn't do it now the same way I used to, I've been studying anatomy quite a bit. It's pretty much the key for convincing artwork, even for ficticious creatures.

Thanks for looking :)

I have some 'behind the scenes' photos I took (including tools), just to give you an insight into how I did this:

Amazing work! and i love the steps of progress.
I always like to see artists methods. Sculptures always fascinate me. I really need to do more of it myseld. I found it really helps with learning forms, and how to describe them. Bravo.
