Critique rating icons when logged off

Hi,
When I'm logged of, I only see the critique rating icons for the constructive/offensive rating I don't see the nice one. This makes me thing, Am I the only one that sees the nice one? What about the other members logged in do they see all of them?

I mean, I like to rate all my comments and I don't people from outside or even members to see that I've rated someone's comment and not his when that's false cause I rate every single comment and I don't any one to feel like they were "left out".

See what I mean?

Why aren't all the rate critique icons visible to everyone?

So, if it works for some people and for some browsers, there must be some bug in the code no?

Dunno. And currently that's outside my reach. lol I'm not even in the same country as the programmers.

Well, for some reason, the <div class="rating"> is not even in the HTML code when I'm logged out. I thought it could have been a CSS bug or something but that ain't it.

The problem is probably in the server side programming, the check for a logged in/out user is not writing the rating layer when the icon is "nice".
