I like to add shine to the (painted) hair in PS7.0. What is the best way to do this?

I'd like to show an example of what I am working on but don't know how to add a picture in a post?

Is there a forum about photoshop or digital art where people actually respond?
I tried photoshopgurus, tried this one, searched for tutorials, I don't know where else to search for help.

Zou best willen helpen, maar ik ken alleen photohop Cs3, en heb eigenlijk ook nooit zoiets geprobeerd...
Als je een foto wil linken dan moet je hem eerst uploaden bij imageshack.us oid, klik er rechts op en ga naar properties (of eigenschappen) en kopieer de link die daar in de balk staat.
Ga dan hier naartoe en zet de link tussen deze 2 stukjes (zonder spaties) :
[ img ] [ / img ]

Or just put the url of the image in your post. We can click on that.
