[PAID]Burly Scientist + Babes for Web + Print

I am paying $250 for this project, please see details below. As the website is not yet public I would prefer not to post the address on here. However, I will send you the address via email if a contractual agreement is put in place so that you can see contextually how the image will complement the site. That being said, the description and requirements below should provide ample information on what I'm looking for.

CONTENT DESCRIPTION:
Muscular, Bad-ass male scientist in the foreground with two attractive female scientists in the background looking at the male as if they are sexually attracted to him.

One of the females should be brown haired, the other blond, both Caucasian. The females should have luxurious hair, large eyes, tan skin and large breasts (like a classic "babe"

. Both females should be wearing white lab coats (preferably exposing their breast cleavage) that end right above the knee. They should be wearing no pants so that their legs are exposed, and should be wearing high heeled shoes similar to the following:

The male should also be a tanned Caucasian, and should have a masculine sneer on his face. He should be muscular, have no facial hair or chest hair (if his chest is at all exposed), have a slightly cleft chin (butt chin). He should have medium brown hair in a buzz-cut hairstyle (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buzz_cut). He should be wearing a lab coat as well, preferably with the sleeves rolled up to expose muscular forearms.

The male should be facing the viewer, looking slightly to the left, concentrating on pouring the contents of an Erlenmeyer flask (the contents should be some bright green bubbly substance) into a test tube in his other hand.

The male should only be drawn from the waist up with the females behind enough to show their full bodies. The male should be far enough into the foreground that on the banner he will be cut off at the waist and the very top of his head, while the women in their entirety need to be shown. However, the entire male needs to be drawn because we plan to use the full body for non-web, print graphics.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The image must have a layered background that can be replaced with my own background of choice.

The image should be in 300 dpi resolution.

The entire image's width needs to be 1.3 to 1.5 times the height.

The image must be delivered in .psd (photoshop) format with all layers intact so that I may edit further if needed.

The image must also be delivered in .pdf format so that I can make prints with it.

The image must be of a similar detail level/coloring style to the man in the following image:

PLEASE UNDERSTAND, TO AVOID ANY MISCOMMUNICATION ISSUES, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY.
