Looks good, man. Don't be afraid of throwing in more colors though. It all looks very pink and black now

If you're going for realism, you need to add a lot more color variation. Some greens and blues and purples and orange Also, I'd advise you to not paint against a solid white (or black) background. Picking a background color will help you determine what colors to use for the skintone because some of the background color is always seen in skin.
