Volunteer artist needed 4 a startup hosting/multimedia firm.

Well, hello. Im Ivan from Croatia, Europe. With a friend I started Lab404 ( www.lab404.org ), a web design and hosting firm.
We are good programers and web designers but we arent that good at drawing. We just came to a point where we needed a good artist for the complex graphic elements of sites we make.

We are really good web masters, keen on php, asp, html, dhmtl, flash,...
We are planning to make money with this firm obcourse, but to do that we need to make our firm well known first. In other words, to make a portfolio we are going to make a lot of sites completely free of charge. Because of this fact we cant offer an artist money( at least not at first, later who knows

), but we can provide him/her with free hosting, website building help and so on...

What do we need and whats welcome?
- art talent and know-how
- team spirit
- pixel art talent
- home in Europe (not needed but welcome)

Sounds nice, but not very attractive to help you start up your company with great designs and then have no guarantee that you profit from it later?
