Job websites for the Graphics Industry Avatar
Wysiwyg | 05/05/2005 @073 | Edit edit post
Sigh, this is my 3rd time trying to submit this...

Ok short and sweet: This is a thread to list job search engines specific to the Graphics Industry from around the world to help those who are in college, just graduating, or skipping school altogether in hopes of obtaining a job in the graphics industry.

Most of these are USA specific, even region and state specific, but I implore anyone with knowledge of sites regardless to there geographic specificity to post them here so those in a job hunt may have a sort of 'One Stop Shop' for website listings. ;)

Ok here they are in no particular order.

I haven't checked these for a while, but they were notable for me to bookmark anyway

Hey
This one is for anyone interesting in the gaming industry, it might not apply much to graphic design though.
Its a round the world type database too..

http://www.interactiveselection.com/ >> just click on 'search jobs' and go from there. :)

Just a simple announcement to all of you creative artists out there, ThinkIT Inc. has just recently launched a T-Shirt site similar to other "create your own T-shirt" stores, difference being is the fact that we offer our users money back if their design is chosen. Right now we're offering $4500 to the person who submits the design that becomes the highest rated. It's a pretty simple concept and has practically little to no involvement as far as time investment when you think about it. Upload some of your previous favorites works of art to our site if you'd like for some easy money if we chose to send the shirt to press. The site is http://ThinkIt2.com if you're interested. Lastly, if your design is chosen as one of the first we will put into production you will be invited to the official ThinkIt launch party in Scottsdale Arizona. Feel free to email me if you would like more information.

Again, visit http://ThinkIt2.com for further details.

I apologize in advance if this post was misplaced.

Cheers to all the talented individuals on this board, I've seen some real works of art by just randomly browsing thusfar.
