Description
As the economy starts growing again, the skyscrapers do the same. Real estate has been a big part of Japan's economy. Just an anecdote: During the time of the bubble (when stock exchange speculations sky-rocketed), Japanese real estate companies bought alsmost half of Hawaii and a single Japanese company bought the Rockefeller Center in New York.HDR-Nightshot taken in Shinagawa, Tokyo.

You really found the perfect camera settings for your night shots!
Only thing is that the bridge is leaning but I am not sure what effect it would give trying to straighening it in post editing.

This is actually as it looked. There's a quite some particals in the air and all
those lights you have in Tokyo color the sky in various themes at night.
It's only clear after a strong wind, taifun or rain when all the particals are
washed away.
But even then you can see some interesting colors.
