This is very cool! I think the tile floor is fitting for her work too! I love her eyes in this. I would have liked to see a more natural transition from skin to metal in the flesh near her chin/jaw but other than that, awesome +10

I think the checkered floor sort of distracts from the image, but that is the only critique I could give it. The center figure is so prominant that it is only a minor one at that. Great details!
