For this wrecked building I would have preferred some more space on the right (without actually knowing what will be on that side). The composition is just asking for some space...
Seems as you have better control of the light (in the window) on the colored version.

I think they both could use more space to the top and left.
On a side note, I think you have reached a point in your photography where you should be able to decide which version you want to show us. YOU are the photographer, what you presents defines you, you shouldn't define youself based on the reactions of others. Presenting two versions like this gives me the impression that you are confused (which I'm sure you aren't).
by far, I think your B/W HDRs are stronger than the color versions, they have better tonal contrast and invoke better moods.
