Description
I've been to busy lately to work on personal pieces. I actually started this one in the beginning of December 2007, so it took me over 2 months to finish because of that. I hate that as I kinda loose my connection to the piece. Still, I've still spent a lot more time on this one than usual.I got this idea a while ago, and I wanted to paint another Norwegian friend of mine, just for fun, basically
Photoshop with a Wacom Intuos 2. I made a rough, low-poly 3D scene base to get the tiles right (3DS Max), but everything is still fully painted. Damn, I hate tiles now

It's true that usually I prefer painterly compositions to photo-realistic but I have to give you +10 for this because you achieved near perfection for your chosen style
