Description

A post nuclear field medic. It's kind of difficult to make a sci-fi character wearing a black gas mask without it immediatly reminding people of Darth Vader ;p

Looks good. I agree that the doll is a nice touch. Something odd about the rigid "armored" areas to me, though--namely the knee and chest guards. At first glance the protective leg gear reminded me of rollerblading stuff :p though I suppose one can rationalize the knee guards as helpful for kneeling (still seem too bulky to me). Not sure what the rigid material over the breasts would help with, but if you feel it's integral to the design, make sure the one on the right sits back in space properly (kinda popping forward atm).
All that aside, like this overall in design and execution and--good news--didn't once think of Vader.

Very strong character design. The value statement is strong, although you need to find a more well balanced mid tone. Other than that, I like. The texture work is particularly well done and makes for some interesting imagery as well.
