Article story = Edin Kantarevic puts his hand on the shoulder of his daughter Melisa as they pose for photographers in front of a police station in Novi Grad, Sunday 06 February 2005. Heavily armed Bosnian Edin Kantarevic who snatched his four-year-old daughter in Germany and drove to his Balkan homeland monitored by police forces in several countries surrendered Sunday to Bosnian Serb authorities in Novi Grad. His surrender ended a trans-European saga that began early Sunday in Viersen, Germany, when the man took the daughter from his estranged wife and began driving south. EPA/Drago Vejnovic

but seriously, its a great painting! although the arm on the girl's shoulder looks short and stuby or maybe thats how it really is? and the 'noise' effect/texture on the girl's hat/scarf is (also on the sleeve of the hand) not consistent. it looks nice on the girl's jacket though.

Just out of curiosity ive opened the two pictures in photoshop. It seems that you only used a smooth brush, so that you could hide the resize stretches.
The only credit I can give you is that you could fool everyone who saw this "painting"
I have never used such rating, but you certainly deserve it; for your total lack of honesty:
