I'm not crazy about the background; especially the edging. Something that suggests the wind that's blowing her hair would be more appropriate. The background seems static and lifeless. I see what you were going for with the text, but I think it's too faint, and the font is much too stiff for a piece like this. I don't know if you have access to it, but I would recommend a font called GungSeo, which has a very nice, artistic brush style to it. It's actually a Korean font, but it contains many Chinese characters (it'll definitely have the ones you used) and all of the Japanese kana.
By the way, for those who didn't know, "shiroi kaze" means "white wind". Good name!
