That building certainly needs a repaint!

I think this is a nice capture of color and detail and texture. But compositionally it's a bit flat. You've really nested the bike inside the borders of the image making the eye jump great distances across the image to take in the subject. Giving it more air would help out I think.
I tell many photographers to take many shots of whatever they are shooting at different angles and exposures. I hope you did as well, because I think there's a beautiful picture in this scene somewhere, if only you captured it at the right angle and DOF.
