Description
It's been a while. Been busy with workI like the oil painty feel of this piece. The perspective is kinda screwy, but I can't put my finger on it.

I think if you switch the sides the railings were on, the perspective would work better...
This is definitely darker than your usual works, but your trademark use of color is still present
While I appreciate (and I hope to loosen up to do) the painterly strokes, it seems the face is more refined than the body. Perhaps tighten the strokes/contours of the body detail just a tad to make it seem whole.
Still...it (as far as story is concerned) leaves you wondering

Hmm, I guess the face is more polished than the body... I thought it wasn't as prevalent as it was in some of my previous works, but now that you mention it, I can kinda see it. I think it's partly because there's not much contrast there. I'll try to do better next time. :x
Glad the picture intrigues you in terms of the story. I wasn't sure how successful it would be in that aspect, since there's no ACTION going on... Subtlety can be so difficult!

Andy: Hehe! The elf in the back is actually a he, but it's alright, he can be easily mistaken for a young girl.
