Great lookin' sketch! I love the looseness of the pencil. There are some very minor anatomical problems, or i think there are, having not seen the person, but maybe the lower lid of his left eye seems a bit too tilted up, again very minor. It seems to add to his expression though. Also, i think there should be some more contrast too. Btw, did you use a ref for this one?
