I think it's a very, very good picture. However the background seems a bit disconnected to the figure - like she's floating a little - and perhaps too much uninteresting space on the top. However, I give you all the votes I can for the moment - the character is really well executed !

Hm, your art director has some problems with legs - or he loves girls with broken ones. There is a minor problem with the neck. Your colouring and texturing is like always cool. Due to the missing groundshadow and the lack of weight in the drawing she seems to float, that looks a little bit weird.
