This is a very impressive image, I feel however that you might find it constructive if I pointed out a couple of points that I reckon as weak.

First off; I think the light emerging from the two figures is perhaps too saturated -- almost clashing, and the edges are too hard, it looks as though it were a 3D rendering. Likewise the contrast on the sky is too high -- perhaps the clouds should be a little darker and more blurry.

Other than that... the dragon itself is FANTASTIC, gorgeous! The lighting on him is wonderful, it generates some lovely tones.

Well... I have nothing to say... I don't even know from where did you start this... +500000000000000

The summoners would look alright, but the dragon is so nicely rendered that I want everything in the picture to be that nicely painted. Everything else is great though. The composition and use of colors exude such energy. I'm glad you chose such a saturated color scheme since I'm kind of tired of seeing drab and gloomy fantasy pics.

extremely cool picture. I love it. the only thing that's bothering me is the dragon's nose and horns. like tallguy said the left horn's a little shorter than the right. and I think the nose look a bit askew. +5 anyway.
