imo the skin folds look more like some sort of material rather than real skin...especially on her hand
and, some more contrast would be good

the rest is peachy...good subject

Reference will defenitely help

It does look a bit leathery specially on the forehead and hands like mentioned by

Cigaro rather than natural feeling of the maturity/age of the subject. The skin on the eyelid going all the way down to her nose looks a bit odd too .
Nice sketch though.
