...Well, I've gotten into the mood of starting up 3D modeling again......Started this one back in July '05 and worked on it on and off for maybe 3 or 4 months. This was my first attempt at making a car so there are many, many, many errors in it... that's probably why it doesn't quite look like a Porsche, more like... a.. happy alien frog or something...
Anyway, I've stopped working on this model back in October, and I probably won't be finishing it...
I'd appreciate any tips/critiques.. I probably won't apply them to this one, but it'll help me in the future.. Thanks for looking... =)

Only thing i dont like : your choice of lighting,. otherwise very nice model.
2 Questions :
1: Polys or Nurbs?
2: C4D ? do you like it better then 3dsm or maya ? if so, i'd love to hear why, Im just starting to learn 3d, so choice in program is a big issue on my mind atm .

1) Polys... I'm not too sure what NURBS are... ehehh.. can someone explain?
2) Well, I'd say I like C4D best only because I've never tried 3ds max or Maya.. hehe... reason being that there were too many to choose from so I chose one randomly to start.. probably not the best solution.. maybe find some demos of them and try them out.. see which one seems best for you =)

I've just started learning 3d so ive been looking into everything. Essentially Nurbs are like illustrator vector curves but in 3d . I use polys
