Have to agree with Diane and sum of her crits, the planet looks alittle bit flat and the clouds could use abit more colour maybe the planet should have sum light coming off it too.
I really think in this pic, you should cut out the space stuff though, cos the road and rain part is pretty cool on its own. Nice Work none the less, keep it up.

thanks for your comments... and the moon did have a glow but as i work with an LCD you might not be able to see it on other monitors since its a dull light
