Description
This one originally should be only a portrait of a woman but later I think it would have been a better artwork with a body and a background, so I panted her like a beautiful Secret Agent with a flyer beyond her.I hope you'll like it.

For the woman I used some photos of Angelina Jolie and Vanessa Kelly and I tried to made a mix of them to create my own character (I didn't want to do a portrait of a famous hollywood star...).
Anyway the lips and the noose and some lines in the eyes are from Angelina.
About the sizing of the flyer it's true there's non reference that can allow to comprehend how big/small it is but in my head/intentions it is big like a Brain Condor of Great Mazinger....

Some painting tips off the top of my head
You've got the basic painting idea down, and the antomy in this image is solid. What I would work on is, trying to avoid the use of primary-ish colors, especially the harsh blues in the background. I think the canopy, windshield especially. Also keep atmospheric perspective in mind. Try to desaturate colors as you recede into the background (through the use of desaturated tones/greys). This will not only give your work a convincing feeling of oneness, but it will also drop the background out of the way so that more focus can be placed on your subject, in this case, the agent. I would also work on a adding more color all around. Have the background color effect the character. Have the character's clothes effect the characters skin. For example, her red collar. Reflect some of that red onto her neck. Finally, keep this rule of thumb in mind - warm lights = cool shadows // cool lights = warm shadows. This will always bring alot of dynamics into your work.
Anyway, hope that helped a bit. Keep up the good work. If you need some more reading on painting, I did some tutorials in the past. Most are pretty old, and probably not your style but they might help a bit. Here's a link if you're interested - TUTORIAL LINK
