The result looks nice, but i think it stills needs a lot of work. But if its a starting point then is very good.

It looks like a bit unfinished and there are some issues (the eye behind the hair is too next to the noose) but I like the overall result.

overall i think its good, i espcially like the long nail :) but i agree with the king on the eye behind the hair, also its smaller than the other eye

all in all really nice, but some parts are looking flat...and it looks unfinished... just a bit

The problem with the eye looks as though it's been caused by trying to add the eye after the hair...desperately trying to squeeze it in within the limited space.
Plot out all the major features, eyes, nose, mouth and ears at the drawing stage..once you are happy with them leave them alone...they cant move!...THEN add the hair...hair is a shifting feature so it is THAT that you must arrange to suit your purposes!

Watch your colour palette...this is a little drear and dull...and also your tonal range...you have background, midground and foreground tones all identical...you need contrasts for both delineation of detail and dramatic effect.

The hair is not bad...but it lacks weight...hair this long tends to pull itself straighter, yours looks a little 'floaty'.

Not at all bad for your first stab at a portrait...keep at it and the next will be better.
:)
