A new card based on the Invisible Island world.

This time Maarten and his snake friend Samuel are out picking flowers for Maarten's birthday. What he doesn't know is that his friends have prepared a little suprise gift for him and asked Samuel for his help. While Maarten picks some flowers Samuel looks upwards to the trees eagerly awaiting to catch the gift...

@cigaro: Some areas do lack depth that's true, I did 3 reworks on this drawing and then I just declared it finished but I will pay more attention to that for my next artwork

I think this is your best one considering the character drawing, maybe except for the elf one. In most of your other works, you have pretty good environment but the people/bears/whatever usually lack something. This one's my favourite from your works so far. Very cute too ^_^
What could be different is the postion of the snake with the present, it looks like it's growing out of the bear's head o.O
