The pose and point of view on the character is nice. The ear needs some more details, just a thought. The shadow on the side of her nose is odd, with the light on the cheek would make the nose have light too. Nice elementals, such as the beads on the hair and the design near the right eye. Well developed piece, not sure if it fits with the title.

Beautifull picture! The girl is very pretty. I love the composition and the amazing colouring work. The shadow are wonderfull and the higthlights even more, I specially like that tiny hightlight near to her mouth susgesting a smile from her which makes her looks even more beautifull and feminine imo. I love how you made her skin look so silky. Talking about skin, her skin tones are very beautifull, I love the cold tones you gave to her skin, I think that the eyes are suprb and the mouth is extremly well done and I must say it looks really sexy. The nose, as Diane already noticed needed some more definition as well as the nostrills, I would suggest you to use in the nostrills a more warm color, in this case you could use some of the pink you used in her cheeks, also use that warm color in the nose tip It's just a suggestion. However, I think the ear is the thing that needed more work, I think the ear looks a bit unifnished.
The jewelry is superb, very original jewelry and amazing work on it, I love the shadow of the jewelry in her skin.
The hair is really mazing too, love those blueish highlights of the hair and the way it is flowing gives the picture so much dymanic and I think it makes us bleieve she really is waiting for soemthing.
Finally let me say that I think your signature matches perfectly with this picture, I love the cursive font of it, the color and that bright in the end of the siugnature.

WooooooooW guys thanks a lot!!!!!!!! Now that really helps! Thanks loneorbit for that tip on the light (reflecction from the cheek I suppose) I didn't think of that and thank you armilar for that tip about pinkish color on the top of her nose and warmer colors for the nostrils!

Considering the ear, I really haven't thought much of it at all. I wanted to practice the face coloring and shading as well as dynamic of the whole pic. The hair also need works I guess but I wanted to leave it like that to see if it would give it more well...dynamic

Oh yes, those jewels were my fav part ^_^ And the "ring" in her eyebrow
