Description
Love brings us many wonderful things. But it also brings us many bad things and that is the dark side of it. Jealousness, hatefulness are among of them.When some people despair of love, they will become insane and hate everything about it. They will revenge anything they think they brought them this wretchedness. They ready make people wretched by broken their hearts without indecisiveness.
I think even Venus cant control the love she gives us, and she's also stuck in the dark side of it like us
The girl in this pic symbolizing Venus ( not really huh ? she's modern ) has beauty but she doesnt have sense of a true love and she is interesting in breaking hearts.

I'm confused about her location, is she outside or inside? because the chair makes one think shes inside except for the shutters and branches. If she is indeed outside a view inside through the window may add more to the scene. Some red areas cast onto her from the hearts, especially the large one near her knee may improve the image. Large heart is rather nice with the split down it's center, however it seems to float above the chair rather then rest upon it. If the angle of the large heart were left to right (rather then right to left) it would be at a similar angle as the chair back which would add support to the shape. dispite what I mentioned above this is a well done piece, especially the details you've added to the dress.

But I do know that I so like the motif and the idea of your work and I find the
execution nice.
It's dark, yet not too dark. Just the right way of pleasure and pain.

the perspective of the room/space she's within it's somehow uncomfortable to my eye. especially at some spots that belong in a same plane where the branches are sharp and the window is blured-
in any case, gorgeous imagery.
