Just for the sake of painting.

I've always got something for yin-yang-ish stuff. Opposite sides from the same concept. That's why I like heartagram so much: coz is a symbol about the heaven and hell you can reach through feelings, and Kardott, my belobed one... is just that delicious mixture: the most heartbroken of the heartbreakers.

This is an amazing work. You have good knowledge of anatomy and colors.
My only critique would be that the background looks a little too "instant", photo-like.
But it's a really impressive work.

i think it's a great the way you've used the background effect to crop him the way you want. lovely work, and in my opinion the heartagram doesn't really have to be 100% realistic, this way it becomes more spiritual. like it's from within him and not necessarily on him. my only crit is the little things that you've left unfinished...the ear, the hairs that fall on his neck seem too rough and sketchy...annoys me when the rest of the painting's so well done
