The eyes are very well-drawn. However, I think that the rest of his face lacks the depth that the eyes convey. It's like his eyes are 3D but the rest of his face is 2D. Maybe more shading to the left side of his face would make it look a little more 3D? I'd give it a 6.5 but the voting doesn't have 0.5 increments. 6/7.

what i always liked in your posts is that sublte old feeling one gets looking at your drawings...you've got a unique style in doing so...kinda reminds me of  deankuhta's stuff only crit i have is to make the hair flow more...both beard and hair look a bit copy pasted, the transition between them and the other elements should be softer
