the perspective where the ladder meets the skull looks a bit strange

also the right arm of the tree doesn't seem to blend into the image very well, it looks a bit cut inside

Quite a nice piece, very interesting.

One suggestion though, all edges around the tree are hard lined, which makes appear a bit just stucked on. You could avoid this by just occasionally, softening some of the line work, without overdoing it. Sometimes the lines can be softened just so ever slightly and it just looks so much better.
