I love the contrast. The three bands of foreground, midground and background/sky act almost as three chapters of defined horizontal thirds in the image for me. While the structure doesn't have a huge impact, it does provide reference of scale and a visual anchor. This looks like a scene perfectly suited for black and white. Heavy visual impact in such a simple, serene image. Great work. - jason
