Tiny crits.. would clone out the stray hairs running down her arm.. and the border effect sticking up onto the bra (left of the hair) could be removed..

The next point i am not sure of.. its the beauty spot on her face.. not sure if it would be better removed as its neither big enough or dark enough to be an obvious beauty spot..

The image is simply amazing,. the tone is fantastic and this is one of the few frames/border effects that I can say REALLY works..
