Great job. Small details really make this an interesting piece, not that the dragon is not good its' those details that make a story one could make after seeing this scene. Perspective works well giving this dragon a darker mood as it seems to moving around a rock face as to ready itself for an oncoming strike.

Niiice The only thing that bugs me are the dragon's wings, their texture looks more like a crosshatch, maybe because the texture doesn't follow the curvature of the wings, and it's a bit too organized for some random blood vessels Love the lava background, you've outdone yourself with it. +9

Hi Villevissen, thanks for your comment About the leg thing, it's the claw from its left forearm. I tend to agree it looks weird although the pose is accurate from my perspective as the original sketch has the lava rock/cliff not so dominating as is now. I decided to keep the claw to make the dragon a bit more dynamic. But I agree it looks strange when you look at it Thanks

The dragon is, of course, masterful. It amazes me how wonderfully convincing and lifelike you can make these imaginary beasts. I would, however, do something to make the background less demanding attention-wise, perhaps by making it darker or less distinct.
