Tell me how you did the water lightning!
I've always wanted to paint it like that, since I've seen the sewerage scenes from Batman II YEARS AGO!

Haha the water's mostly just a trick. I use light transparent brushes and do this wavy line cris-crossy sort of thing on top of the shadows and other stuff. The transparency makes the middle where the two lines meet brighter than the rest of the lines. Then I usually do a bunch of dodge tool in photoshop to make it look shiny. That's for both the surface and similar technique for the reflections on the bottom.
