Hello everyone!

This is my first official mattepainting done a while back for practise. Most of it is painted by hand because I'm still not so skilled in using photos more efficiently. However I think it turned out pretty nicely.

I would love to hear what you guys think of it.

Beautiful. The composition leaves me anticipating just what exactly is around the dark cliffs protecting the city. I'm wondering a bit about a lack of sparkle, something you usually find on a lit city, but I'm also assuming glass windows are there, something not necessarily true with fantasy places. ^^
