great character, i like the colours and the medieval atmosphere. i think he was a singer or poet.. isn't he? it looks very neatly and seductive
the mark on his face dont fit as well... I'd like to see him without those marks behind... Maybe in his natural element... a palace or nature(magik forest)

I think this is a really great painting, and the colouring of the hands is wonderful. They have a lot of 3D feeling, and are, in my opinion, the best part of the pic. The shirt is very well painted too, good work! I could mention everything here; it's all great. But the shirt makes his torso look a bit short. If we could see his thighs and legs, maybe I would find that this is one of the medieval short-style shirts, but since his legs are not painted, it still looks a bit odd.
