Kinda reminds me of the city in "A Shark's Tale." Love the bright colors and details. The crab-car is great. ^__^

Wuhaa! It's Atlantis!
Very nicely painted, once again with lovely colours.
But I do think the painting needs a few more sharp-edged objects, since many of them look very soft right now. It all gets too soft edged, particulary the, um, car. If those are metal arms coming out of it, they should look more sharp and hard. The pic needs some contrast when it comes to the looks of materials.

I really enjoy looking at the background! The fading effect of far away buildings is very good, and adds a lot of depth. I kind of want to walk closer, maybe enter the city. The cheerful colours remind me of tivolies, it's both bright and happy.

Perhaps what is missing now are some living beings? A snail, perhaps? Merfolk? Or humans, if that's what you imagined. Because I don't think you meant the city to be abandoned?

Cool work! :)
